Top Gear is brilliant! Their ideas would make great stag weekend holidays! The five-a-side last week in those Toyota's cracked me up!

Bet it didn't do some of the toyotas a lot of good either . I wish I could con someone into lending me 10 cars for me and a bunch of loonies to crash.

the bit about the new range rover sport was great. i used to drive challenger 2 tanks and believe me it takes a lot to outrun them offroad .

Don't you think that Toyota would have been more than willing to have the cars on there. Portrayed as nippy little fun cars (in the eyes of the great unwashed of course). And driven by racing drivers on a hugely popular car programme.

They'll lunch on that one for a long time.

I bet the cost of 10 new toyotas is still less than a 30 sec primetime advertising slot and they got a lot more than 30 secs.

not exactly good advertising as they also showed the peugeot and citroen version of the same car.. and urged people to buy the citroen model ....lol, i bet toyota might not of agreed to that bit

The citroen badge seems to make all the difference,believe me it will just fall apart.

My mate's got a new Citroen. If they build them at the same plant they must use them to train on. Once they get the hang of it they send them on to the Peugeots. There's hardly any paint on it and the doors don't fit properly.

Its a joint venture thingy between Peugeot Citroen and Toyota. Producing a Citroen C1, Toyota Aygo and Peugeot something. All made somewhere in east europe so they are cheap, just the Citroen is cheaper, slightly. Probably worth the extra for the Toyota for the after sales care, that is all that lets down the Citroen we have.
