maybe not much help as a different model/value, but my best mates sister did a 1.0 saxo all down one side and it was a write off, creased a-post, wing, dpors and rear quarter, door didn't open either. it was an S reg i think...

Ned.

ps nearly forget i had a bonnet/bumper front wing/a-post pulled out on my old 1.1 w reg and that was repaired as the car was quite new at the time..

pps why not give the roof a tweak, that should finish it off for the insurance

ball pein of a hammer on the windscreen pillar normally ensures a write off!

66% of the vehicles value, from what I know. Ask Mark Allinson, he knows all....

Yep, my landrover was written off when I ran over a Golf GTI who jumped a set of traffic lights ! 66% the current value in repair costs will mean insurers will offer a write off value.

you should've seen the mess it made of the Golf !

The salvage value percentage of a hot saxo is much greater that of a standard one, so the BER figure could be as low as 58% if claiming off your own insurance, or has high as 80% if directly claiming off someone elses.

If you have any specific problems, sent me a U2U
