Just a quick quetion. do any of you know any bulk suppliers of nut covers?

Westfield do a 'kit' of parts that you need ( for the westfield) but it is expensive!

Ive looked at all them and searched the internet, Im after more than u need to do a car cheap.

Any fastener company will have them at a fraction of the price of any kitcar related company, I still cannot get any M14 ones though

I'm sure my local nut and bolt supplier did M14 ones! I'll have a look next time im there.

Tifosi - yes I bought mine from them. ignore their 'kits' they are happy to mix and match to what you want. delivered quickly as well. Buy more than you need as well as you will always underestimate and it much cheaper to have a few you never use than have to send off for a couple you forgot.

that doesnt surprise me at all.

i've searched everywhere for them, and been told, pretty much everywhere, that m14 is not a commonly used size in construction type applications. after all, how many cars have nut covers?

anyway, m16 and tape works well

i cant vouch for the other manufacturers but i know that the "tofosi" ones if you drop them in a bowl of hot water, they soften up to the extent that they will stretch to fit the odd sized nuts/bolts and when they cool down they are molded in place . so water heated m12 will fit a m14 bolt.and as stated befor if you ring them they will make up an order to suit the sizes and numbers you require.and they are quick and helpful.

Scott, excellent idea, I will give it a try. No need for SVA, but they are great for corrosion protection.

Thanks fot the help chaps. Ill try and get some.. Ill remember the tip of strtching them on too!!
