Anyone else had a play with Google earth. The whole world mapped out with satelite photos. Absolutely amazing stuff. You can find it here. The detailing, especially on cities is incredible. Some areas you can actually make out people.

Yes, been playing with it for a while. Very good! Terraserve is also good for satellite images, but it costs!

They've put Gateshead (UK) in the wrong place.

The roads aren't perfect either but it's still pretty impressive stuff. I had fun following some of my regular driving routes

its fun trying to find known landmarks, when you're not sure of exactly where they are! No joy with the great wall of china, but i found the statue of liberty

in fact, i just googled for 'aztec ruins latitude', and managed to find some aztec ruins in new mexico! N36 03.880 W107 58.180, what fun
