Anyone know how much a bridging loan costs?

I can't be ar$ed filling out my life story on the net just to get an idea!

expensive i think. Best bet is to find a good broker/financial adviser. They can explain the costs etc and advise. I have used a broker several times in the past, if you want his number just ask.

your bank should be able to give a good indication quite quickly (they already know everything about you)

Not cheap, though.

depending how much, it may be worth considering a few 0% credit cards.

Last time I needed to bridge I found a friendly bank manager and arranged a large overdraught instead. Much cheaper way of doing things if the bank is agreeable.

I just arranged a type of bridging loan this week.
Called a 'reserve' on my account. It costs £150 to set up and if when I decide to use it the interest is charged at base rate.

Didn't think it was to bad considering it was for a frighteningly large some of money.

Must exercise extreme self control....
