Grp repairs

Ok I'm going to have a bash at repairing my nosecone.
I used to use David's Isopon fibreglass matt and resin and P38 filler years ago, then I'd give it a squirt with a spray can.
There must be a better product on the market these days and a procedure that gives good results. Any advice on the best course of action?

Thats the expensive way....but if it's only small damage then perhaps your best bet.

From what i remember of your nosecone Jon would just filler not do?

If you vee out the cracks with a grinder ,tape up the side that shows and use some P40 on the back.When set remove the tape and P40 the other side. File or sand it back using some coarse paper, finish with some P38.The cracks wont come back.I used to use this method when I used to do work for my local Reliant dealer.Never had any come backs.

Also, I've bought GRP supplies from this place in the past - good service, but maybe not the cheapest for small quantities.
