My neighbour has an X Reg Saab 9-3 2.0 LPT. Last night his wife was AA'd home with a 'knackered Turbo'. When he looked at it, it had
very little oil in it. When started, at idle, it is blowing out s**t loads of oily smoke. To my mind, if the turbo itself was gone, it would blow
smoke at 2000rpm plus - this perhaps looks more like a turbo oil seal or something. However, I'm no expert!!!!!!!! As he wants to sell the car
anyway, and wants to avoid excess expense, has anyone any clues what could be wrong. Thanks. JC
Sounds like the turbo seals gone and filled the exhaust with oil,,,
