Someone used the "buy it now" for some tube bender plans and now he says he didn't realise it was plans I was selling; he thought he
was buying an actual brand new bender (for AUD$24.95...yeah right!).
He asked two or three questions before purchasing, and now he wants his money back. Should I refund his dosh (less eBay's and PayPal's
fees), or should I hold him to the deal?
if he asked questions and knew it was plans only then i'd want to hold him to it, if it was a geniune mistake then i'd probably offer a refund, depends if you can be bothered with the agro and negative feedback for only $24.95!
ebay/paypal are set up for the buyer not the seller you will hardly ever win

Refund it minus a small "re-imbursment fee" say 10% plus ebay and paypal fees
I suspect he knew exactly what he was getting, but just wants it for nothing.
If it's very clear that they are plans only and I'm sure it will be, then I'd tell him eff off.
Rorty, I've just seen the ad and read your feedback.
I'd risk the bad feedback....he'll look a total idiot compared to all the others who did realise that they were buying plans.
Where's the Auction? Please post a link and I'll give you my opinion too... FWIW
Vince, I searched tube bender plans and was about 20 or 30 items down....look for the AUS dollars item
House always wins.....
Amazing the lenghts some people will go to ,to get some thing for nothing...
