did anyone watch the telly last night? hammond recreated the Guy Fawkes plot. He constructed a replica parliament, make up a TON of gunpowder..............then blew it up

you know rather than wait for a repeat we could always just use the real parliment...... I doubt anyone would notice.

I was waiting for the bit where we got to vote Hammond in before they blew it up!

Does the fact that Hammond was on ITV mean that he and Clarkson have got themselves a divorce?

It was quite a big bang.

Put it this way, the walls for the undercroft were poured in one go with wet concrete - all 650 tonnes of it. About 7 foot thick and 10 - 12 foot tall. One end (near the bang) disappeared, and the sides moved out.

What was very interesting was the high speed camera pics.
