excellent - good engineers dont tend to be that artstic. Hence why american chopper is a series i like watching, cos they do trick engineering as well as odd arty things

Great idea and execution, but would it be that difficult?

Only 2d bending so a sheet of cardboard as a templete, draw out flame and cut with water jet. Bend and paint.

Or am I wrong?

Even if it was done by hand i'm sure it would not be too difficult. You just need some design flare and plenty of time.

I just thought it looked nice.
