My Mondeo runabout overheated recently and since then it has been losing coolant, through the exhast I think, there is no contamination of the oil. Does anyone on here have any experience of overheated Zetecs? is it likely to just be a head gasket or do you think the head will be warped / cracked?

yep sounds like head gasket head will require skim but not usually cracked
