Citylink will charge you £11.75 plus VAT for the 1st 10kgs or 15Kgs and then not much for the extra. Next day before 17.30 and they even collect from you.

P.S. we use them for shipping servers and networking gear and have never had a problem.

Yeh, Id steer clear of Parcel Force if I was you.

I recently had some bits sent from a member onhere and the quote with Parcel Force was about £75 (im in Highlands). Quote with e-parcels was less than half and to cap it all off, guess who collected and delivered the boxes.........Parcel Force.

IMHO thieving gits as this just proves they can do it for a lot less and still make a profit. For anything larger than about 10kg try e parcels, interlink etc.

seconded for parcel2go, its about £9 for up to 25kgs I think, and its actually DHL's budget online parcel service. Used them a few times now and touch wood no problems so far with good tracking facilities.

I have used Pharos International to post Cortina uptights, hubs & calipers. Cost just under £12.00.

Hmmmmm interesting!

I am investigating couriers for despatching goods on a fairly regular basis, but reluctant to sign up to a regular collection service until things move on.

Pharos looks very good, anybody else with experience of them, and with shipping more than once with them??

bigbriglasgow - 13/12/05 at 03:22 PM

HI guys,

Think i now got 5 of these fridges to send out and am going to do it all with pharos. they seem reall good!

Just need to wait and see how the whole process goes

Will keep you updated

As I said earlier, posted a pair of uprights, hubs and calipers through them. Can't remember the weight, but it was "HEAVY". It was about £12.00. Good prompt service.
