As above?

I have a double freezer made by iceline which i believe is an icelands own thing.

Its got a red fault light on which i dont what it means. Its got a little triangle next to it. The freezers not freezing and i dont have a manual for it.

Anyone know what it is?

I'd guess its the temperature warning lamp. as to why its no longer freezing, probably one of:
- the compressor gone
- gas has leaked out
- thermistor gone

If the compressor is running all the time, then I'd guess its the gas gone. If the compressor doesnt run then its one of the others.

Unfortunately all these "own brand" whitegoods are made to a (very cheap) price by whichever manufacturer bids the lowest at the time. Getting spares is likely to be difficult, and probably uneconomic.

I had a Scandinovia (Comets own brand) last time, and when it went wrong the costs of fixing it was approaching the price of replacing it. In the end I bit the bullet and bought a new one from a named brand (Semiens).

I had a look at that site. It seems to have fixed itself now.
