Bizar!
For God's sake - WHY???
BEcause it's a little different? Off the beaten track?
I quite like Mini Mokes... Ugly as Sin, but cool nevertheless!
Cheers

Austin built mokes for the british army too. They were twin engined four wheel drive which aparantly went like stink.
The British Army never owned any Mokes -- they tested a few pushed on to them by BMC but weren't impressed mainly on grounds of lack of ground clearance 10" tyres and 2wd. So BMC came back with the twin Moke which they rightly also dismissed. The Twin Moke sowed the seed for the twin engined Mini Cooper S prototype and John Coopers near fatal accident on the M1 testing one -- directly caused by the twin engine installation.
I seem to remember the twinny mokes were quite fun when they did Autopoint on the telly way back before they had colour. They had Austin Champs and
Landrovers going through near impossible terrain all good muddy fun.
