Now that Menzies Campbell is in the news, you might try to understand this limerick...

A lively young damsel named Menzies
Inquired: "Do you know what this thenzies?"
Her aunt, with a gasp,
Replied: "It's a wasp,
And you're holding the end where the stenzies."

Now you know!

I expected that to be rude (most limericks seem to be)

It's like Menzies Campbell. Ming the Merciless, also known as Menzies.

On a similar note - If Mr Campbell gets the the Prime Ministers job that would make him almost Emporer like.

When Mr Blair retires, should Mr Brown take over that would make

Emporer Ming against Flash Gordon!!!

And "Mings" supporters in the Lib Dems are known as "The Mingers"
