done a job where road collapsed, its called "swallow holes",water has washed away the gravel/soil etc.
we have to fill the void with X hundred tons of concrete and use rebar for below the road bed.
concrete supliers need to know the spec and steel supliers need to know what spec for the re bar grid, any ideas?

Not easy without seeing it, but I would probably fill it with semi dry lean mix suitably compacted, to a level about 120mm from the finished surface, then lay 80mm concrete block paving to finish.

If it sinks a bit you can just lift the block paving out, add a bit of fill then relay.

If you use a concrete slab, and the sublayer sinks then the slab can break up and cause damage to vehicles passing over it.
