A browse through the Maplin catalogue will show how much they rip you off too. So you cant blame it all on import duty and postage.

Lite 'n' Boltz - very smart numberplate lights. They have them on US Ebay, and in plenty of US stores. I've emailed a couple to see if they will ship to the UK. US price is around $20.
