Well I'll let you all know on monday night how it went on the first day
My old boss said if I don't like it I have to go back to him as he's gonna keep my job open for a while

best not to burn your bridges eh
Mike
Good luck mate.
They say that a change is as good as a rest.
I wouldn't know. Been at the same place for 18 years.

Well I'm a bit late on posting but the first day went fine met a few guys i'd worked with before and didn't know they worked there, so
day went better than expected. It makes it easyer when you know some people

was the same for me - a couple people I knew before were with the company - and i reciprocated by bringing 4 others from the 'old place' in
the months following - now 25% of the people are workmates from previous jobs

Thats the first week in and all is well, it went really quickly. funnie how time flies when you actually work !
No wonder I was bored at the last place

Mike
Glad first week went well, I know what you mean about being bored - when I worked in London I did nothing (and I mean nothing other than surf/doodle
on powerpoint/freelance and drink tea) for NINE months of the year.
Hope it continues for you
