Just got one of these - ordered yesterday, arrived after lunch today. I spent a happy (?!) hour setting it up and it seems to work fine - input from aerial and Sky box. I'll have a play over the weekend.

Good value for the spec... though no Videoplus

I got a similar machine 'Targa DRH-5100X' about a month ago from lidle £150 & video plus. Up to now I've being very impressed, hope you're as happy

Had a Goodmans one for a coupla months now, brill bit of kit no more taping over things you meant to watch,come in halfway thru a program play it back and still watch the end, great.
Its not too happy with pirate DVD's tho which is a shame.

Argos do the Liteon one for £199, I might have a go at building a media center PC so can have al my muzak on it as well.

I bought the Tevion 160gig one from Aldi but it was iffy till I did firmware update from their website. It has video+ and plays divx files (mpeg4) cd's and mp3's. You can save stuff from disk to the hard drive or vice versa. I found a hack for it to region free it but I don't have any DVD's to try it with, I've ordered a region 1, Neverwhere, from Amazon so I'll be able to try it soon.
