Just a tip here (havent a clue about the cost)

When you send wheels by courier make sure that they are well protected - enough to make sure that when they are dragged across a chequerplate floor they can't be ground down and ruin all rims AND tyres.

Guess how I know

I sent 4off 15" wire wheels and tyres via biz post and it cost £80 due to both weight and size, make sure you wrap them in stiff card though.

City Link. £11.75 for the 1st 10Kg then 50p/Kg after. All plus VAT.

Royal Mail parcel post is £9.32 inc VAT for parcels upto 10Kg. It is quite cheap really. look at http://www.royalmail.co.uk for the cost of more weight

staples do dhl next day, i have posted diffs before (30kg).. set price of £8, my local branch say as long i can lift it onto the counter, they can send it may want to send them in pairs, four wheels would need a damn big box

i sent 4x 14"a lloy wheels (no tyres) by standard parcels as two seperate packages once.
This was the cheapest way and they were just under the weight limit for standard parcels.
