Bloody Hell!
I thought i was watching a half life re-enactment at first.
6 minutes of heavy breathing - not bad for free, you normally get charged £1.50 per minute for that sort of thing (Not that i'd know
)
That track looked in better shape than some of the pavements round my way
5mins of that will leave you absolutely watsed
Cool!
Thats a hell of a long course - rode at the BUSAs the other weekend, DH times there were around 1.40!
Was also stupidly muddy... Amazing fun though, anyone who doesn't play with bikes yet should give it a go!

I am Apalled!...
<Rant>
If I go for a gentle drive on a proper unsurfaced road (Green Lane), I get acused of carving up the countyside.
Here we have a complete off road track from the top to the bottom of a mountain.
In parts of that video you can see where the track has eroded the surface, and is damaging it.
Just cos the bloke in on a bicycle, its OK.
One law for them, and a different one for us.
I am not against cyclists enjoying the countryside, but that is irresponsible damage to the countryside.

Apart from the above... They must be absolute NUTTERS!
I hope they are required to have personal Medical and accident insurance, as the risk of injury must be quite high, and I dont see why I should pay
for them out of my taxes.
Danm... I am Ranting again...
