Tut tut - blatantly breaching the smoking in the workplace ban. Wait for the complaints to flood in and the fines to happen!!

Keep an eye out in the papers. I fear a smoking in the workplace fine for them

There is an exemption for actors and theatre performers, who are allowed to smoke if it's an integral part of the performance.

Though ASH seem to be taking a sensible approach saying a fine isn't appropriate.
