Was up at 12, 4 and 4.30 after the dog had bad dreams and decided to start barking
Went to bed at 10 last night thinking i wouldnt get up till 5.30 as normal.

i,m used to that,you should never wake a dog in the middle of a dream as you will get the look of death
was it a full moon?
I just climbed out of my pit 10 mins ago... and I went to bed at 10.30 last night
hmmm, bed at 1am, up at 7am, on rowing machine at 7:05.
Sat in office with pounding head, just taken more pain killers and having 2 minutes before getting back to it.
I want to shoot Scootz!
