whoopidy doopidy dee - even more good news
just had 2 packages delivered from Hong Kong!
really excited about opening them  saving that for later.
dunno how they can make money, it probably would have cost more in postage in UK and by the sound of recent posts, contents pilfered.
incidentally a "signed for" parcel containing a rather valuable Au Pairs CD was left outside my house

I dont understand it either, I just got a litium ion battery from china delivered for 24 quid....
Parcel2go left a sierra lsd on my girlfriends doorstep, not only did she not sign for it but she couldnt move it!

nope, nothing as delicious as that. 
a usb caddy for 2.5 in SATA hard disc and a semi-hard case for a camera.... but I've just spolt the surprise for myself

I've just had a parcel lifted. Parcelfarce chucked it over the back gate, then forged my signature on the electronic thingy.
Problem is, the time he put down I was already logged in at work.

i like it when they leave things on the door step 
there usually no one in during the day, so usually means a 80 mile round trip to collect stuff from the deport

I dont mind it at my folks place where no ones going to nick it, but my gf was in, and they didnt bother lol. Left it on the doorstep of a house in a

My postie will sign things for me if they fit through the letter box. If not he'll give it to a neighbour.
If i see him when he's doing his rounds he stops to chat about "the car" and tells me about his son in the RAF who's building
a westfield.
I'm happy with the service - although as soon as something goes missing i won't be!

I have a good understanding with my local posties as they always pop stuff just inside the door , parcel force is a different matter though as the
local lad left a steering wheel at the local post office without letting me know so after a month of chasing around many phone calls , i called in to
the post office on the off chance and there it was needless to say i reported him and since then all has been good.
I get loads of stuff from Hong Kong too, a 12cell battery for my HP laptop was the latest at well under half the normal price .

I have the same problem with some couriers. Last time I drove all the way from Plymouth to Exeter to pick up a parcel, there was an accident on the
A38 which meant I got to the depot about 3 minutes before their closing time. That would have been ok had they not already locked up and fecked off
home. 160 miles in two days to pick up a sodding parcel

I seem to get the best and worst of it with parcels.
A few of the couriers are great, they'll leave stuff around the back where it's not obvious and leave a card.
Then there's parcelfarce, who don't even bother trying, I've been within 6' of the door in the past, but apparently I
wasn't in.
None have ever beaten a sh1ttylink chap a few years ago, lovely package marked as fragile on every side, thrown over the gate, £100 hdd killed
because he couldn't be arsed.
