googleads.g.doubleclick.net

What the hell is that? For the last few days, on this website only, I've been having trouble "backing" out of posts. It takes multiple clicks to back up. Driving me nuts!

Looks like I'm being diverted through googleads.g.doubleclick.net, what ever that is. Anyone know owt about it and how do I get rid?

Explanation in PC numpty terms please.
