Anything over 2 days old the edit button disappears.

Which does cause probs with stickies which need editing. Sadly a solution hasnt been arrived at yet

How come? it never used to disappear and i need to edit a couple of posts

Hmmm i've never noticed it missing before

Plus i used to be ale to click edit on other peoples posts, now the button isnt there at all.

Maybe it is to stop people deleting al their posts if they leave? It can leave threads on valueable info completely ruined so I can see the point, plus from an it and archce perspective makes it much easier for older posts to be archived off.

Maybe have it so posts can be added to but existing text remains? Certainly this would be useful on stickies.

Thats strange.......

I blacked out for exactly 2 minutes and 17 seconds and before I came around again I had a memory 6 months into the future of a world with no edit buttons anywhere!!!!
