Run this wee utility an 99 percnt of the time you will get a better response out of older pcs........

Just rubbed a smarmy know it all IT so called expert nose in it.
Slow downloads my ass ......3 of his bling laptops later my 100 pound dell lattitude was wipeing the floor against his all sing and dancing laptops.....
