I agree .. very sad.. brilliance can come at a very high price ... i watched him play against bolton many years ago just watching him warm up
entertaining the crowd was worth the ticket price

am glad you share my opinion woodster. he was a genious! in 1990,around the time of the world, he was in my opinion the best player in the world! and
its not often you can say that about an english man!

Yes it is sad to see, and i agree one of the best footballers i've ever seen in a spurs shirt.
In an interview on the eve of the help for heroes match this week gazza joked that the way things are going he might end up putting his pants e-bay as
well.
I just hope the kids take a positive from his downfall when they make it big,and make sure they dont suffer the same hangers on as paul gascoinge.
