Bloody good service.

Been having some trouble getting my xflow to behave for the last few weeks, so this morning I gave up and pestered omex to ask for a standard map to get it running to some degree.

I got a reply asking for details within 40 minutes, and had a new map setup for my engine after half an hour

Engine stays running now, dead pleased, especially given I'm not the first owner of the ECU.

Maybe so, but support you can measure in minutes, rather than hours or days, IMO is pretty special.

I have to agree. I too have been in email contact with Omex and their support is first class. They have been advising me on a few running issues answered loads of questions quickly and very thorough.
