free bird nest box drawings?
got a piece of ply left over from replacing bit of a floor in the house. the pice i got is about 4ft square
anyone got any free drawings for bird boxes, than can easily be cut from the left overs?
i found drawings for one on the RSPB site, but you cut out all the bits from strips of wood, but the smallest is 1330mm (4ft is 1220mm) don't
know how much of a difference this would make to birds if it was a bit smaller.
idea is to make a few (i'd like to get 3 or 4 out of this piece of ply) and stick them on ebay since i'm out a job again

found this
http://www.backyardnature.net/101/birdbox.htm
if you cut the 4ft in to 6in strips you will possibly get 6 boxes.
enjoy

ha ha i mean this, when you lay the drawings out, you need strips 1330mm tall where mine is 1220mm
