le mans classic

hello,

in the past we've done the 24 hours but for this year we'd thought about doing the classic. however the chap who always used to organise stuff for us is now no longer in the country so not up for organising duties, so i thought i'd havbe a go. i'm having real trouble finding where to buy campiung tickets without buying nthem as part of a really expensive package. Will all camping tickets be gone now?

cheers

paul

Might get some help from reading the Le Mans Classic thread over on Rhocar here although I note that is dated from June 09 when Chris Brown who is organising started the paperwork and applications for tickets/camping etc. I'm sure Chris would be happy to help with admin info if you pm him.

You could try 1st-tickets - I'm using them for my Le Mans trip this year, and I registered pretty late but still managed to get reservations for karting nord camping....

Brian there's pretty helpful too. I picked them as they're well recommended on beermountain.com...

I'm looking at doing it as well. Not organised anything yet but intending to once I get back from next weeks ski trip. There's a thread started on the Sylva chat list this week, though you might need to be a member to view it.

Some talk of camping here...

...and I think there's links from there to the LeMan site for tickets.

There's only on circuit parking (camping?) for clubs (with classics) from what I can find. They had to be booked by 31st Jan and had to have 10 cars minimum. They do get to do laps on Sat morning though! I've got a friend trying to sneek me in with some Triumphs... fingers crossed!
