OT - extracting email addresses from outlook?

I need to hoover all my email addresses out of Outlook into a CSV or Excel file.

How do I do it?

Is there any free software that'll do it without trashing Outlook in the process?

Import / Export wizard from the file menu of outlook should be able to do it.
