heating for a 7 in Scotland

Would this heater be ok for a seven in Scotland? And would it be SVA friendly? Answers on a postcard.

Jesus if you duct that under yer kilt Steve yer wee legs would be crispy, on the other hand your tackle might enjoy the warm sensation, just before it curled up and fell off, damn its already done that eh
