Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Which HTC have you got? Mine's a Touch Pro 2. If yours is a Windows Mobile based HTC, I can guarantee that it runs like poo.
If you don't mind potentially losing your warrenty, hop onto xda-developers.com, find you phone's section, unlock it (hardSPL and,
optionally, sim unlock) and flash a rom provided by one of the "chefs" on there. You will notice a huge difference!
I'm on my third HTC (o2 Orbit, HTC TyTN2, TP2), and I've always experimented with the various roms out there - I flashed a new rom onto my
TP2 before I even made my first call with it...!

It's an HD2 and yes it's Windows Mobile on Vodafone. Seems OK to me, but then I'm coing from a Nokia 6320 so that's not
surprising.
It's a works phone so I won't be buggering around with too much
