Google maps Help needed

Need a little help. I running a hillclimb next saturday over here. I want to email a map of the location to all competitors in the final instructions. But i would like to highlight the road using google maps. Ive seen it done in the past but i cant figure it out, can any one help me.

UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

Yea but the section of road i want to highlight on, i dont know the house postcodes etc the hillclimb starts at, and i can't seem to pick a start / finish point without them

to make that all I did

was right click on the map, set start point, then right click set end point.

the clicked link to this map

i didnt use any postcodes
