Urgent LB advice - Help
Ok - dead quick:
Female friend is living in Dublin with a guy. Joint rent on flat, joint account.
The Twunt has been taking money out of the joint account and the rent hasn't been paid. She hasn't checked until today but it sounds like
he's a proper evil B*stard. She wants him out, has no BIG mates to help and is slightly worried that he could get violent.
What to do?

She probably shouldn't confront him alone if there is a worry of violence. At least a couple of friends with her for moral support...less likely
to kick off if they are not alone.
Could also let you know when it's going down and if you can't get through on the phone to get an all clear / ok, you put phase two into
action and get the old bill round.....??
Just an idea.

When I went through a nasty split. This is what my lawyer said.
- Contact the police - she should be upset on the phone. Say that she is scared of him - very important otherwise they won't bother. Explain
the situation and they will likely come round and mediate the split of goods.
Nasty situation. The other thing to do is stay quiet until she has some support?

Empty joint account & disappear? (Obviously depends upon how fast she could pack).
