Many locostbuilders in Plymouth?
As some of you may have gleaned from my other threads, I am moving to plymouth to renovate a house and start at uni...
Do we have many members in that area? Any of you happen to be trade people? Would much much prefer to give business to people who I know will
spend their profit wiseley on building cars etc 
Putting up an extension so will need someone I can trust

East Mutley plain area just in Laira. About 25 mins walk from drakes circus! Where abouts are you?

Ah...so you'll be smack bang in the middle of student bedsit land.
I'm in Hartley Vale (just off Manadon roundabout - down behind the Golden Hind pub)

Not quite. I am just on the edge of that area... I dont think I would quite bring myself to live in one of those mid terrace bedsits... they look very
depressing!
Provided we complete I will be just off Old Laira road just east of where it goes an S bend under the railway line Looks like I have a
grandmother and a young family as neighbours.... should be fun!

I'm in WestPark, couple of miles from your new location. Not technically building for the last five years but the car never seems to be in one
piece. Currently minus pedal box, exhaust and a few other bits.
