whose signature - "definition of normal is...."?

Someone on here has an amusing signature that reads soemthing like...

"The definition of normal is going to work for to pay for a house you leave empty all day"

Can't find it for all the searching in the world though

Can't remember who it came from - apologies - but i liked it too and copied it.

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

The original quote is here

Ellen Goodman has quite a few good quotes.

ETA: "Mr G" has the sig.

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual way. This happens to us all the time with computers, and nobody thinks of complaining.

Jef Raskin was a top bloke (did a lot of the design on the Apple Mac UI).

My favourite from him is in my post on this thread
