Bloody Hell - helpful Microsoft!!

Well, I was having a few problems with the new Outlook 2010 previewer which stopped working. I called Microsoft and I was through to a techie in a few minutes. The nice Indian lady spent 90 minutes with remote access to my PC and part fixed it yesterday. Then a senior MS Indian techie called me today and again fixed it completely in about 10 minutes.

Superb service and very nice techies, got it all sorted. I'm a bit in shock to be honest .... I'd never tried to actually call them before, always tried to sort things with help from guys on here and Google.

Mind you my 90 day free support ends in a couple of days, so I wont be doing it again in a hurry!!

Yep, have never had a bad experience, the techies I speak with tend to specialise on a specific app or service and know it inside out as they aren't allowed to be jack of all trades.

Very good

Could you explain what the problem was - I've been using it for a while now and have no problems - just curious!

The previewer in Outlook was not working, in fact it was worse than that, I couldn't open an attached doc (Word, Excel, PDF etc) by double clicking on an email, and the previewer didn't work, I had to copy and paste it into a folder and then open.

All sorted now though
