Won't be able to watch, but likewise, wish them the very best of luck....so far they have done an astoundingly good job.

Amazing work to first find them and now to be ready to pull them out.

I find it strange that the media keep going on about how claustrophobic the capsule is and how dark and dusty it'll be. These guys are MINERS for fecks sake. No other group of people are better able to cope with that.

Aren't they arguing about who should be last out? Something to do with the record for the longest trapped underground. I think I'd want to be first out.

I think they could of done it better.

Firstly they could have played mind tricks on the miners, start singing Xmas Carols, then wish them a happy new year.

Secondly they could of had a phone vote, to see who stays down, think of the money to be made.

Remember the film.
Didn't remember the name of it though.
I had nightmares for months the first time I watched that.

( I was very young right enough.)

Nicked from my other post
Chilean miners

Trapped Chilean miners fight over who will leave mine last. My money is on the miner with both a wife and a girlfriend waiting for him on the surface

That guy will be in for one Chile reception.

Glad I'm not down there, I'd have to not eat till Christmas before I'd fit in that cage.

Hope all goes well for them.
