i was stood behind an american in the shop the other day, made me feel like i was on holiday! great drawl, he said 'how ya doin'!?

but obviously with a funny american accent, which i cant write, but you get my drift... chicago maybe?

We both park in a "driveway" and drive on a "parkway"....
Yes, I could figure out that "fit" in the context of the song meant "smokin"....
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy...

parkway isnt a common name for roads here...... its used a bit but not often
we would say road or highway
