Grrrrr - Pixmania
Just in case anybody is thinking of ordering from this company:
I order 2 sets of headphone back on the 3rd March and paid extra to get them to me in 3 days so I had them when I went abroad. They didn't
arrive and weren't there when I got back 5 days later.
So I contact the company to be told they had gone out for delivery and they would have to ask the courier - and this would take 5 days. So 5 days pass
and still no news, I call them again (with the usual long wait through their automated system) to be told they had come back to them as
'refused'. They never even attempted delivery as I have everything I order online sent to my shop which is always open.
So now, on the 24th, they have refunded the cost of the earphones but NOT the courier charge, another £6.50. Now I've got a fight on my hands to
get that back.
3 weeks for no headphones and they've had all my money - needless to say I won't be ordering from them again - and I've had various
rather rude and offhand people on the end of the phone as well.
If you're not living life on the edge you're taking up too much room.

By Paypal - I've opened a dispute to get the delivery charge back. I've not looked online and Pixmania have masses of bad reviews and
unhappy customers....
