Temporary Accommodation around Dartford

Hi folks,

My son has been lucky to find a job after uni as a CAD technician in Dartford and has been asked to start on Monday 17th September. He's trying to find an arrangement where he just pays for a room as the contract is initially for 3 months, possibly 6 depending on the work load of the company and it's not worth entering a tenancy agreement.

It's difficult to view properties from this distance and he needs somewhere for 3-4 nights when he starts work and get settled.

If anyone can recommend a cheap B+B / accommodation or knows of a decent room to rent on a shared basis please let me know. He'll have his car so can travel a little, not really wanting to go in and out of London though.

The offices are near the Royal Mail building under the bridge in Dartford,

Many thanks
Ian

The university of Greenwich Avery Hill campus is just up the A2. There is a good chance of finding a shared house assuming he is happy living with students!
