It seems weird to me that it needs no hardware but then i get confused by all this technology malarkey so it could well be possible. It's only
£1.50 so if it turns out to be a con it's not the end of the world. His feedback seems good enough but dunno if any of it is for this same
item.

Looks like a crock of poo to me. £1.50 and no bandwidth doesn't cover the costs of serving that kind of stuff on the internet, so it either
doesn't work or he's selling some method / instructions that let you watch some other streams, either illegally or they're already
free.

I've read about this. It's just links to people streaming satellite tv through their webcams or something. You have to find the ones that
are working, he just sends you a load of links and you do the rest.
