Parcel2Go?
Has anone used this service?
http://www.parcel2go.com
They have a next day parcel delivery service for 8.99 as long as the weight is less than 25Kg.
I have just bought a set of wheels and to get them from the bottom of the UK to the very top was quoted at 96 (sorry cant get a pound symbol on my PC,
for some strange reason) by Parcelforce, parcel2go can do it al in for 23 (they even claim next day, which is unlikely in my location)
Are they new, anyone got experience of them? They have probably been around for ages, but i havent heard of them before.

aparently 'Staples' stores do a courier service. Any item anywhere in the uk for £7.99 if i remember correctly (don't think its next
day though)
Just take the item into your local branch and give them the details payment etc (one person sent a sofa!)
However some people have said that not all stores are clued up on the service!
Cheers
G
