E-bay

Strange one, I bid on item the other day and was out bid. The item was relisted at a higher price and two days later congratulations you have won the item please pay now.
This happened to anyone else?

Check via eBay website don't use any email links.

If it's in eBay there's something strange going on but the likely hood is its a scam.

Non payer by the winner?

Seller decided the price was too low due to the bidding..

Delete it and look elsewhere for what you want!

i had a similar thing, bidding on some throttle bodies. sorry you've been outbid. next day auction ends. 1hr later exactly the same person listing exactly the same setofbodies with the same pictures. £20 higher starting price. emailed asking why they hadbeen relisted (non payment etc etc) listing deleted 5 minutes later.

You'd get a second chance offer in this case which you can either accept or reject. You should never win something automatically if you weren't the highest bidder when the auction ended.
