Good ventilation.
Heating the garage.
Sealing it and a dehumidifier.

The first one is usually the cheapest and most effective.

If its not intentionally insulated then ventilate it well. Any sources of damp? Tumble dryer, leak?

All you can do is ventilation unless you want the heat perminatly !

It's a right pain, if you use a propane heater stop!

I have this problem, every time the temperature rises when the moisture content is a high percentage. I use a dehumidifier, and a greenhouse heater placed very near the unit. Greenhouse heater are very low consumption and just keeps the unit working more efficiently. If you try and use a dehumidifier at very low temperatures a) it will freeze up b) not be very efficient. I plumbed the drain outside to save it cutting out when full. Don't operate it at all below freezing. I have used this setup for years and stops the kit and tools rusting.

Insulate garage
Damp proof floor
