How to fix PVC seat wear

Photo says it all, suggestions for how to fix wear on corner of a PVC seat, other than replacing the cover or getting another seat.

I have seen pvc repair kits but not sure they can deal with missing material. My current idea is to use epoxy resin with a coloured filler to cover the gaps.

Can you not get a corner repair patche like they use to do on old leather suitcases.
