im better with a spanner than a computor ,whats the url? and is there a limit to the size of the image file .

Fifer: Use the following code for your avatar:

[ img ]http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/Sept%2004%20023.JPG[ /img ]

Minus the spaces by the square brackets.

big_wasa. You just need to upload a suitable image. No bigger than 150-200pixels wide. Right click it, click properties, copy the url and paste it into the avatar url box in the control panel adding the [img ] [/img ] (minus spaces).
