some on here were wondering whats happend to Viper....
I managed to make contact with him.
Seems well, OK and just decided to spend less time on the group.
Sounds like someone has been sending abusive stuff to him regarding his posts......
strange. as a coded welder he has been, and will be a valuable contributor to this site.
not many of us around

It's disappointing that folks get abusive about stuff like this. One of the reasons I like this place so much is folks can disagree/discuss
without recourse (usually) to name calling/trolling.
Perhaps if the abuser was reported to Chris?

vipers a nice guy as far as i know, certainly makes a cracking tank! he said he was too busy to do more, due to work.
hope he comes back.

And yes thanks steve for finding out,i did ask where tim was a couple of weeks after christmas because i wanted some tig welding done.
Glad he's ok though,but still not answering his mails.

it was the 2nd mail i sent that he answered. I even emailed his place of work as they were a supplier to my old employer!
He said that his email had broken and he had a whole loada stuff to reply to.
give him a mail - he may well answer now,

ive been very impressed with your knowlege on cars, enthusiasm, and ability to comunicate with us 'adults'.
my favourite word is bollox - and i think in this case its a good answer to those who do not treat you as an equal on here.

I met viper when i bought a tank off him, really nice bloke, had a good chat about his car, which was one of the reasons i decided againts buying an
avon. I could have never put up with all the stuff he has had to deal with with his car. Its going to be a cracker when its done. Especially with its
new paint job.
I can think of a few miserable old gits on here, but none of them i thought would go as low as nasty emails.
